EU Cancellation and Returns Policy
Your Right to Cancel
If you are contracting as a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw. This means you can cancel the contract within 14 days without providing any justification (the "cooling-off period"). For goods this means 14 days from the date of delivery. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.
Once you notify us, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (by email).
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by using the cancellation form provided below.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial costs of delivery from us to you.
Please note: Import customs duties and government handling fees that were paid directly to customs authorities are non-refundable.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods supplied, if that loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back any goods supplied from you; or
- (If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
- If no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
Cost of returning goods within the cooling-off period
If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.
Exceptions
Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- goods made to order or clearly personalised.
