RETURN
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Please fee free to contact us to discuss the issues or the best solution. We will also provide the return instructions.
To be eligible for a return and refund.
The item must be unworn or unused, and in its original jewellery bag/box. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
Return postage fees and associated costs for returning items
All UK and international buyers are responsible for their return postage fees and associated costs for returning items (including Customs Free which may occure for International orders).
Please be sure to use a tracked service for sending the item(s) back.
REFUND
The refund will be issued within 24 hours after inspection. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method and will take up to 3-14 business days for the credit to be applied. Please check with your bank or credit card provider.
