DURING FESTIVE SEASONS
Severe weather, or any unexpected circumstances. Please allow an additional 2 to 14 business days for delivery.  

UK SHIPPING
Every order will be sent with Tracked Service for Large Letter or Small Parcel. No signature required. Royal Mail delivery aim 2 to 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The parcel will be sent with International Tracked by Royal Mail or EVRi.  The delivery timeline is around 7 to 14 business days throughout most destinations worldwide. Some remote destinations however can take a little longer. Kindly be noted that the Seller cannot control the delivery. A parcel can be tracked during the transit and may requires the signature on delivery.

  • Italy - Mainland, Sicily, and Sardinia
  • Netherland - Mainland
  • Norway - Mainland
  • Spain - Mainland and Canary Islands

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you found out after placing the order, please contact us within 1 hour.

If your parcel has been dispatched. The postage won't be refunded to you because you provided the incorrect address on the original order. You will have to wait until the parcel is returned to us, then the refund which less postage cost will be issued. We reserved the right not to issue the refund if the parcel is not being returned.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

Please be advised that in some countries, you may be contacted by email by the courier or your local Customs authority to pay any applicable taxes before your parcel is delivered. In some cases, however, these charges may be collected upon delivery.
